Power Hour with JPP

Struggling to spark energy with your Board? Stuck on how to deepen volunteer commitment? Or just need a clear-eyed strategy check before making your next move?

In one focused hour, we’ll cut through the noise and zero in on what matters most. You’ll leave with clear strategies you can put into action right away.

Investment: $380 USD + applicable taxes

How It Works

Regardless of your role, we can work together to overcome your challenges. Here's what my process entails:

Step 1

You describe the goal or focus of our coaching session. In the past, I helped clients to: approach tough conversations with Board members, recruit corporate groups using minimal resources, realign processes with their values, and more.

Step 3

We connect on a video call, where you'll have my undivided attention. We'll go through some possible solutions and adapt them for your situation together.

Step 2

I will prepare supporting resources ahead of our meeting, with ethical volunteer engagement principles in mind.

Step 4

You'll get a recording, transcript, and key takeaways from our conversation.

What My Clients Say

"It can be hard to know what to do if you're running an organization and tempted to rely on volunteers out of necessity. If this is you, I'd suggest having a conversation with Jessica. She's aware of the complexities and contradictions in doing our work while navigating issues of labour justice, and choosing when/how to resist vs being complicit (which we all have to do, every day)."

Jessica operates Learn with JPP Consulting in Toronto, on the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. She recognizes this land as being home and traditional territory to other Indigenous people since time immemorial.

Jessica is grateful to have the privilege to work on this land. She calls for the reconciliation of current injustices as well as those that have been carried out against Indigenous communities which include but are not limited to broken treaty relationships.

Jessica encourages you to learn more about the traditional territories of the Indigenous Peoples where you live, work, and play using tools like native-land.ca.
